Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Shipping days are generally Monday - Friday. We will try to ship on Saturdays when their is holidays stopping us from shipping on a weekday. 

We ship with USPS ground advantage and priority mail. The estimated delivery dates at checkout are only an estimate and carrier delays can unlikely happen.

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts caused by an unavailable recipient. In such cases, re-shipment fees may apply.

International shipping duties and taxes

International shipments might be subjected to customs taxes, duties, delays and/or being held at your local post office for pick up. These delays are not grounds for a refund or dispute. The duties and taxes are calculated and imposed by your local customs office. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Please make sure to double check your address and make sure to have a full first and last night before placing order.

If the customer fails to pay the fees associated with the order upon delivery and it is sent back to us, seized or destroyed, the customer is responsible for paying the fees, and/or return shipping.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at imbuedjewelry@gmail.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
