I messaged customer service asking if I could switch my chain from 1.5mm to 2mm and I received an invoice for it within 5 minutes. The person I spoke to was very friendly and this chain is fantastic quality. Weight is exactly as advertised.

First off, the craftsmanship and quality on the jewelry from Imbued is top notch. Absolutely gorgeous, no flaws, brilliantly shiny, and just all around well made. If you’re looking for silver jewelry, just stop, youve found it. Anything cheaper simply won’t compare, and anything that can compare will be miles more expensive. Products aside the customer service is also hands down the best Ive ever experienced. Extremely responsive, very friendly, super accommodating, if there are any issues at all with your order they will make it right. I cannot recommend buying from here enough, support these guys so we can keep good people in this business!

This is my first chain (I've been into watches and bracelets) and I decided to look into Imbued based on feedback I saw online.

After using the chat feature and asking opinions which all felt very personal and not "salesy" at all. Figured I wanted a Franco but I didn't know what size so I ordered stainless steel versions from Amazon in various widths and lengths. Landed on liking the 26" 4mm (I'm a bigger dude at 6'1" 250lbs with a ~18" neck, and I didn't like the chain to feel constricting at all). So that's what I went with.

I placed my order on Thursday night and it was shipped out Friday morning. I received it Monday.

The customer service received in the chats and quick shipping are why people like me become repeat customers.

The chain is even more beautiful in person and heavier than listed. Listing says \~42g. I weighed it at 45.55g last night.

The look and feel of this chain never disappoints! It has a great weight to it and I’m constantly getting compliments from others when I wear it. I would definitely recommend this chain to anyone who is on the fence about buying it, you won’t regret it!

The chain is heavy and the feel of it is full. Its honestly insane how they are selling it for so little. I will definitely buy again from here as all other jewelry places I have looked into are all too expensive. Customer service was also amazing I actually talked to a person right away instead of some automatic response.

I recently purchased a chain here in a size that ended up being too large. Hasan helped me to get the piece shipped back, and was extremely kind and understanding in the process.
I also made a mistake in ordering the correct size, and he was able to help me correct/cancel this almost immediately as well without any issue.

While the piece I initially ordered was a bit large for me, it was otherwise beautiful and even better looking in person than expected. Good weight, high quality materials, obviously SOLID.

The description on the website is excellent, and the sizing miss was 100% my fault.

If you’ve ever heard anybody talk about what this guy sells and how good he does business, you’d think there isn’t any better place to spend your money on silver, and I’m here to say; it’s a fact. More than satisfied and will definitely be purchasing from again.

It's definitely hard jewelery shopping, especially online. I was having such a tough time deciding which company was authentic and reputable. So much so, I placed an order with another company and canceled within the hour. I'm glad I did.

After more research I found Imbued. These brothers have such an awesome reputation and positive feedback. I felt very confident placing an order. I did review their social media IG page as well. I know reputation and character goes a long way and this company has delivered.

Customer service is also outstanding as well. I decided to "upgrade" my rope necklace 4mm to a 5mm and they were super fast and responsive. I believe customer service is even more important than the products you sell.

Order was shipped super fast and even arrived a day before actual anticipated delivery....and....the necklace is legit. It's a gift for my 4 year old son and even Dad was impressed. The weight, shine, quality, length, all A+. The pictures doesn't show how beautiful the piece is....but trust me, you won't be disappointed.
