Return Policy

Please Contact: imbuedjewelry@gmail.com. At this moment we only currently accept US exchanges, no returns and It must be within five days after the delivery date for items of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not eligible for discounts. An exchange is not possible for any item that has been altered, damaged or worn heavily in any way. Item must be in its original condition and packaging. Every exchange is subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping fee. We want to do all in our power to assist you in finding the ideal piece of jewelry, and we recognize that purchasing jewelry online can be challenging. . Please consider hard before you buy! Ask me, your mom, brother, cat, dog, anything with legs :D We'll keep working until you're completely happy. After your shipment arrives at our parcel center, swaps typically take 7–10 business days to process and send back. Your order number, mailing address, and exchange must be included in all exchanges. (Failure to ship out a return 3 days after label has been sent, the exchange is canceled and no exchanges may be taken place after that.)

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must reach out to us directly to find a resolution before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks that are filed with claims that are inconsistent with previous correspondence with the client, contradict delivery confirmations, or falsify the item's condition or receipt may be deemed abuse of the chargeback procedure.

We reserve the right to formally dispute all chargebacks by submitting records of the order, delivery confirmation, correspondence, photographic evidence, and proof of policy acceptance to Shopify Payments, Stripe, and the card-issuing bank.
