Yes, IMBUED Fine Jewelry jewelry is guaranteed authentic Solid .925 sterling silver. All of our jewelry is tested and inspected for quality before shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?

All of our packages will be shipped out in 2 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please 100% check the address is correct before placing your order, and if you put a wrong address and already checked out, please contact us ASAP to change it, as If it is already shipped, I do not take responsibility for a missing package or delays. Please check that your apartment number/unit number is there before checking out and lets make this a smoooooth transaction :O

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Yes! Shipments outside of the country may be liable to taxes and customs charges though. Your local customs agency computes and levies these taxes and charges. Additional expenses including taxes, tariffs, and customs clearing fees must be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for additional details. Remember that you will not receive your money back for the duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Please Contact: imbuedjewelry@gmail.com. As of this moment we only currently accept exchanges. It must be within five days after the delivery date for items of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not eligible for discounts. An exchange is not possible for any item that has been altered, damaged or worn heavily in any way and must be returned in the original packaging. Every exchange is subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping fee. (Failure to ship out a return 3 days after label has been sent, the exchange is canceled and no exchanges may be taken place after that.)

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?

As of this moment, we unfortunately do not repair any sort of broken jewelry. If a piece came with a factory error or problem during shipment please contact us directly.

WHERE CAN I GET DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes will be given out through signing up for newsletters, subscribing to the channel and simply following us on social media. Here and there, codes will be provided for a limited amount of time, so be sure to stay up to date!​
