Always feel free to reach out to us through email at imbuedjewelry@gmail.com if you would like a custom size chain/bracelet. We are not always able to satisify custom orders due to supply, but just email us and we will let you know if it's possible!

We cannot resize jewelry that we already have on our website.

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?

As of this moment, we unfortunately do not repair any sort of broken jewelry. If a piece came with a factory error or problem during shipment please contact us directly.

Yes! Our jewelry is all .925 solid sterling silver and nickel-free! 

WHERE CAN I GET DISCOUNT CODES?

Discount codes will be given out through signing up for newsletters, subscribing to the channel and simply following us on social media. Here and there, codes will be provided for a limited amount of time, so be sure to stay up to date!​

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Yes, we ship to only certain countries though.

Shipments outside of our country, US, may be liable to taxes, customs charges and delayed delivery though. Your local customs agency computes and levies these taxes and charges. Additional expenses including taxes, tariffs, and customs clearing fees must be covered by the buyer.

Please get in touch with your local customs office for additional details. Remember that you will not receive your money back for the duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Please make sure to double check your address and make sure to have a full first and last night before placing order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a notification with the tracking details to the email on file. For international orders, the same will be done, but for more updated and precise details, paste your tracking number into websites like "17TRACK"

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Please 100% check the address is correct before placing your order, and if you put a wrong address and already checked out, please contact us ASAP to change it, as If it is already shipped, I do not take responsibility for a missing package or delays. If an order fails to be delivered and there is no communication to rerrange the shipment, after 5 days, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. Please check that your apartment number/unit number is there before checking out and lets make this a smoooooth transaction!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?

All packages are shipped from the US and will be shipped out within 2 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.

MY PACKAGE STATES "DELIVERED" BUT DIDN'T SHOW UP

In the rare moment this happens, there are certain things that could have caused this.

-Package is miscanned as "delivered" by the post office early, and won't show up till a day or two later.

-Package could be at your local post office, awaiting pickup.

-Package was misdelivered to a nearby neighbor by your carrier.

Please be aware, we are not responsible for package delays and misdeliveries, however we will work with you to resolve this issue the best we can with the postal office.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Please Contact: imbuedjewelry@gmail.com. As of this moment we only currently accept US exchanges. It must be within five days after the delivery date. Exchanges are not eligible for discounts. An exchange is not possible for any item that has been altered, damaged or worn heavily in any way and must be returned in the original packaging. Every exchange is subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping fee. (Failure to ship out a return 3 days after label has been sent, the exchange is canceled and no exchanges may be taken place after that.)
